This small-group, instructor-led workshop introduces high school students to the fundamentals of customer service and professional interaction.

Through engaging activities and real-world examples, participants learn how to apply Service Excellence behaviours, recognize “moments of truth” when interacting with the public, and practice effective communication, empathy, and service recovery skills.

The workshop helps students build confidence as they prepare for volunteer roles, student leadership, part-time jobs, and future careers where strong service skills make a lasting impression.
